Season 10 feels like the kind of patch that makes old habits look shaky, and if you've been stockpiling Delta Force Items, now's the time to rethink what actually matters. The update is not just a few tweaks here and there. It pushes new operators, fresh guns, and a different pace in both Operations and Warfare. You can tell pretty fast that the meta is moving, and the players who adapt early will have a much easier time staying alive, getting paid, and keeping their kit in one piece.
N2 changes the tempoN2, aka Gabriel Mercier, is the sort of engineer that makes squads play a bit more cautious. His freeze flask is nasty in tight lanes. It throws out damage first, then locks people down if they stay dumb too long. That alone already shifts a lot of fights. Add in the homing stun grenade and you get a tool that's useful for info, pressure, and follow-up pushes. The wall-detection effect after freezing is the part that really annoys people, because it turns a stalled fight into a clean pick.
In Warfare, he hits vehicles too. That matters way more than people think. Slower handling means less clean escapes, less drive-by nonsense, and more time for your team to punish bad routes. He isn't just a gimmick pick. He's one of those operators who can quietly decide a round if the other side keeps clumping up.
Weapon shifts worth watching1. SVCH can go full-auto now.
2. RM277 brings strong armor pen.
3. Ash-12 gets burst-style punch.
4. Bow users get faster follow-ups.
Reality check: most players won't touch all this on day one, then complain when the lobby starts melting around them.
What AZ3 really brings
FeatureWhy It Matters
Radiation zonesForce slower movement and smarter routes
Puzzle safesTurn loot runs into real risk
H 1000 fightMulti phase pressure with better rewards
Red keycard dropOpens high value rooms later
Questions players keep asking    Someone in chat asked if AZ3 is just another loot map with extra steps.
Not really. The radiation, boss phases, and keycard rooms make every run feel riskier.
Why the season feels differentAZ3 is where the update gets mean. Radiation levels stack up, and once they climb, you're dealing with more than a simple health drain. Mobility drops, max health can get hit, and the whole raid starts feeling like a bad idea unless your squad is checking corners and managing time. The decon rooms help, sure, but they don't make it safe. They just give you a chance to keep moving.
Then there's H 1000. The clone phase sounds messy because it is. You can't just tunnel vision and pray. You need clean spacing, fast reads, and a bit of luck when the sleep attacks land. Still, the red-tier keycard reward makes the fight worth chasing. That's the sort of loot that keeps people queuing up again, even after a rough wipe.
One last thing before you queue upSeason 10 also brings better security handling, loot compensation for cheater losses, and a more hands-on review flow, which is huge for people who just want fair matches. On top of that, the new Coliseum map, extra modes, and vehicle changes keep Warfare from going stale too fast. If you're planning your next grind and checking cheap Delta Force Items, this is one of those patches where gearing smart actually pays off, because the game is asking more from every loadout now.
